What a great place for a family holiday, extremely clean great pool facilities and staff are superb, location is also great

We visit this hotel multiple times a year and always have a fantastic time. Location is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a short walk to the shopping centre and a cheap short taxi ride into las americas if you want to party. Special shout out to Jose Maria who, as always, is helpful, welcoming and amazing with everyone! See you all again soon!

Stayed here for a week in June. Some positives but some pretty big negatives that really impacted our holiday. We had a self catering premium Lux room booked through Easyjet which was big and had a very large terrace. On arrival, it wasn't overly clean and was showing some signs of damp and aging with holes in the curtains and shoddy paint work. There was glass in the artifical grass on the terrace which we identified and removed but I'd be worried if we had children with us. The beds were very comfortable and the self catering kitchen facilities were adequate, but not enough to be able to fully cook in the apartment. The Splash pool bar was good with a good selection of affordable and drinks. It is a bit of a walk to good restaurants and bars but the hotel will happily book a taxi for you. The hotel couldn't give us a late checkout room but they have good luggage storage facilities and a shower room which was very handy. You can contact hotel management via WhatsApp which is really useful and can arrange cleaning through this. On the Wednesday of our stay, we were woken by renovation work in the apartment above us. When we asked hotel management, they said this would be ongoing Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The noise was extremely loud with drilling, banging and angle grinding. We couldn't even escape it by going to the pool as it could be heard from there. So we basically couldn't relax in our room or on the terrace, or by the pool. When we spoke to Easyjet, they contacted the hotel who arranged for us to view 2 alternative rooms. However neither of these had air con in the bedroom and were much smaller than the room we had. It was extremely hot so not having air con in the bedroom was not an option so the change of room was declined. We then had very noisy neighbours until 2am one night. We messaged management on the WhatsApp twice to sort this and fortunately, the 2nd time, they did make them stop. Overall the hotel is nice but there are a lot of independently owned apartments so the owners can do what they want, when they want. We contacted Easyjet and they have arranged compensation but we would never have booked the hotel if we'd known there would be construction noise.
