Francesca and Chiara are the best. I want to thank the hotel's entertainment team for making our stay even more special. From the first day, they made us feel at home, always with a smile, lots of energy, and a desire for everyone to participate and have a good time. They organize activities for all ages, create a very fun atmosphere without being pushy, and manage to make both children and adults enjoy themselves. You can tell they like what they do and that makes the difference. Thank you for your good humor, your professionalism, and for the moments you have given us. Without a doubt, you are a very important part of the hotel experience. They are incredible.

We have already been to the hotel for the second time. Both times we were there for 14 days and we will plan another visit. The facility is very clearly laid out and lovingly designed. The various pools are equipped with enough lounge chairs, and everything is clean and well-maintained. There is very helpful staff and cleaning personnel everywhere. The buffet and the snack bar offer everything your heart desires. At the bar and the pool bar, no wish remains unfulfilled either. Particularly noteworthy, however, is the animation team, including the programs. Starting at 10 a.m., there are various sports activities with different entertainers. From yoga/stretching to water aerobics, to table tennis, archery, volleyball, water polo, darts, bocce, or soccer, everything is included. The children's program offered is also very diverse. Crafting, drawing, painting, or playing various games: the little ones are kept completely busy here too. The evening program is the absolute highlight. Starting with a mini-disco for the children, there is a round of bingo twice a week afterward, where you can win great prizes. After that, different shows play daily in which the entertainers show all their skills with singing, comedy, and dance performances. Particularly noteworthy are the head entertainer Alex and the second head entertainer Lorenzo. You can approach them anytime and anywhere, and they always have a smile on their faces and are very helpful. The entire rest of the team is simply perfect in its composition, and we didn't want to leave at all! We are looking forward to next year and can recommend this hotel 100%.
