Dismal treatment and education of the management, nothing of consideration when our stay coincided with an alert of the council by storm. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

was on my flight to tenerife and got a text from my family that my grandma was admitted to the hospital for her heart. once i landed i texted the company if there’s anyway i can cancel the reservation and get any partial refund or change the dates and they denied everything. it’s so hard because i was excited for this place since it looked beautiful. horrible customer service from them and their team do not come here.

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of friends. Great hotel, rooms clean and suitable facilities, great sun terrace with jacuzzi and amazing views. Perfect location with restaurants close and was even better for the location of the Carnival
