Our stay here was brilliant. The room was very clean, comfortable and the perfect size for two people. Daniella and Fabiola at reception were warm, welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The Hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and lots of great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and when we return to Tenerife we are planning to stay here again, we really feel we got value for money.

At €120 for 2 nights including breakfast we weren't expecting a palace but we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Beds weren't the best but we slept reasonably well and were given extra pillows on request. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We ventured up to the pool on the way back from the beach and had a quick dip. The area was a little drab but the pool itself was clean. Breakfast was a pre order with a good choice available. There was also a selection of fresh pastries brought to the table before the hot food arrived. Yogurts, fruit, bread, preserves, tea, coffee and juices were also available. We were very impressed with the selection available and the service and cleanliness within the breakfast area. The real selling point of this hotel is it's central location, within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, shops and Lago Martinez. All in all a good stay at a bargain price.

We arrived at Puerto de la Cruz on a Monday night. We walked about 15 min from the Water to the Apartments and already you could see that it would be nice Mood. The tiny room but very “nice”, clean and with enough to spend a few days. The reception girls have been very friendly during our stay, especially Fabiola who in addition to attentive and friendly recommended many places to eat, dine and breakfast, as well as hiking trails and multiadventures. We take a good memory of Puerto de la Cruz, which offers you tranquility to rest, beautiful beaches and many places to see and where to eat and drink.
