Tropical Playa

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were lovely, the food was excellent, and the pool was fantastic. A special mention goes to the gentleman who maintained the pool—it was kept immaculate every day, and he was always so helpful. The reception staff, especially Eisac and Clara, were outstanding and always greeted us with a smile. The entertainment manager also went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The whole hotel was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We (party of 6 across 3 twin rooms) found the Ole Tropical to be a fantastic hotel. The location is great and close to everything even Siam Park. The atmosphere is brilliant the entertainment team - Tamas, Eric, Diego and Manu were fantastic and kept us laughing throughout our 10 days stay, the bar staff especially Bobby and Pawal were great fun and everypone was so freindly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Despite the hotel being close to the well known veronicas strip the noise level was brilliant and the age range of guests vary - the hotel is not just for party goers. The amenties are great and you you can hire items (i.e iron, safe etc) and all there was to pay was a 10 euro holding deposit which you get back at the end of your stay - they do not charge rental like most hotels! We stayed all inclusive and the food was very good with a huge selection, we had 1 fussy person who said the food was great and he was happy. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again and again.

Staff friendly especially the entertainment staff - Thamas and Diego both friendly and made us laugh the entire time. Room nice clean and good air con. The small activities and the evening entertainment was something we wasn’t expecting and really enjoyed. In the day they had things from make shift mini golf, yoga, inflatable bouncy in the pool, water polo and in the evening a pool party (which we both really enjoyed), comedy nights, circus show, singers. Entertainment and the entertainment staff was a really strong 5/5 for us. The only reason we couldn’t give the overall rating a 5* was due to the noise, we knew booking a adult only it would be noisy when people come back late however our room was right infront of the lift and the noise was so bad for hours every night early hours. The cleaners were really lovely, polite and did a great job but the trollies they used were incredibly noisy every morning at the crack of dawn which then also woke us up every morning (not their fault). The food in the all inclusive was really good better than other hotels with lots of choice - the pizza specifically was great and enjoyed that you could have meat cooked fresh in front of you. Great location overall 10/15 mins walk to Siam Park and the beach, if you want to go out drinking there is plently nearby too. Pool was nice plenty of loungers you don’t need to reserve or go down early with towels was really chill.
