Rooms are ok had to move rooms due to boiler pouring out water no apologies give just you have to move rooms. No housekeeping for at least 5 day so no clean towels bedding or toilet paper asked twice for at least greasy towels with no joy and a rude man on reception. Asked for late check out told to go back the day we were due to check out and were told no late check out which is baffling because the apartments were no where near full with only one room occupied on our floor. The pool bar was ok when open but had no water to buy one day so had to go source my own. Apart from the lovely view from our room I would have given this 0 stars. Would definitely not recommend. The lady who attended the pool bar on our first week was lovely as was the new start on the reception

Please don’t waste your money. So many better places to stay for the same price. Room itself was ok, basic but it was ok. When we arrived the fridge smelled like rotten meat but we purchased cleaning products and scrubbed it ourselves. 4 days into our 10 day stay the boiler in the room started leaking water, when I say leaking it was pouring out the bottom. We were just told pack up your stuff and we will move you rooms as we have no engineer, no apology. Very inconvenient as we were just getting ready to go for a prebooked dinner which we missed. After we moved rooms we didn’t see a maid for the rest of our stay, so that was 5 days with no clean towels, fresh bedding or bins emptied. We reported this to reception twice and still no-one came. Other than one lady the staff were unhelpful and bordering on rude. As we had a late flight we requested a late check out which was denied despite 75% of the floor we were on being unoccupied. Pool bar closed on Sundays and half the time they had no bottles of water and they also don’t serve any food. I also found the shower to be very unsafe, the shower is over a bath with no slip mat and nothing to hold onto, having had ankle surgery it was an effort to get in and out without slipping. Glad to be home and will never be back.

Bars and restaurants exiting the central hotel park's door. Scooter and moped rental next to the hotel park. Spa & Welness so close that I enjoyed. Mercadona in a minute walking and Hyper Dino in five minutes. Some other minutes walking and you are in La Playa Del Camison which is my fav ❤️ The courtesy of the staff 👏 The apartment was nice 🙂‍↔️ Just please do not close the bar at the swimming pool in the weekend and please serve the breakfast 🫠
