Bathroom was very bad, shower head come off while showering, my room no. was 229. Power point for charging phone was right below wall behind of television. Air cond was off. Had to open the window open. Upkeep of Hotel was very bad. Toilet bowl was about to come off as well. Need alot of maintenance & repair which Hotel management fail to do. Very outdated Hotel. Need to upgrade a little.

This hotel has definitely been the worst hotel I went to, first was the food 2 of my colleagues have been vomiting a week thanks to that food, we went last Tuesday (25-28 March ) one of those two has caught a bacteria, it was very old-fashioned and the broken beds or dirty or broken sheets the closets did not work as did the lights and some televisions did not turn on, the floor was dirty and the mirror in the rooms dirty with stains, the closet was broken, I do not recommend anyone to go to that hotel if you go to talavera the queen choose another.

Very poor quality hotel. No cleaning. Even with carpet, which they don't clean. You can't eat in it. Come on, I don't understand how this is allowed today. The location is good but I think it should be easy to find a hotel in the area with a minimum of quality. At least clean.
