I stayed for 1 night with my family, room 020, pool access. What they didn't tell us when checking in was that additionally, the room came with an INTENSE SMELL OF PUBLIC RESTROOMS. The entire circulation area from the moment you enter the ground floor smells like a public restroom, literally like urine, the room smelled like that. This is unsanitary. VERY bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they are going to put you in the rooms that have direct access to the pool. What I could salvage is the spaciousness of the room; the breakfast was acceptably good, within the standard. But for the price paid and the experience we had, it was like sleeping inside a bathroom, with beds included.
