Los Cigarrales

Very comfortable hotel close to Toledo. We chose it for its proximity to Puy du Fou. It is only 10 minutes by car. I recommend it and we will return.

About the hotel is fine, a normal hotel. Our complaint is about the abandonment and carelessness of the reception team. As we were going to arrive late the night of the reservation we spoke to reception on several occasions. In none of them we were informed that that night there was a pilgrimage in Toledo and the whole area for several kilometers around the hotel was full of cars and could not be parked and the hotel is away from Toledo. We had no other after being around for at least an hour than. go to Toledo to park and take a taxi to get there and back that. cost us a pasty being night time and holiday. The worst thing was attitude of one of the reception girls who when I told her it seemed that she was not going.with.her...commented that they forgot to say it...and with the face of "me what.me.tell". But also when we arrived after the odyssey at the hotel, we were twenty minutes in the street waiting because the one on the reception shift had left. Too bad. It is a shame that these things are not taken into account because they produce a lot of damage to customers but what hurts the most is that they adopt an attitude that with them they do not go that is not their problem... anyway. In addition, you asked for the ID to scan them when the current accommodation regulations state that we do not have to offer our ID only the data.

Very correct and quiet hotel, a little secluded from the center of Toledo but grateful for the quiet. The staff very friendly and correct. The room also very well and cheap price for quality.
