An overrated hotel, terrible service, mediocre food, no lighting at night and almost no staff; it's like a haunted house.

The hotel needs to improve its maintenance, it is very deteriorated, dirty in some areas, the farm is however very nice, you can see many animals

The resort was exceptional - from the professional and kind service and the hospitality and thoughtfulness of every single staff member to the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere- our stay for 4 days was everything we had hoped for. The rooms were comfortable, clean, towels and linens were soft and plush. The food, from the all inclusive breakfast table platters and dishes you could order as your choice- to the dinners of flavorful meat and jamón of many varieties. We had such a nice time, can’t say enough about the friendly and accommodating staff- we are sorry we are still in our early stages of learning Spanish but we tried our best. Really nice time, not too far from a major hub (Madrid) and was the relaxation and delicious food experience we wanted.
