The room was clean and very spacious. With ocean views and very close to the beach.

- The kindness and willingness of all the staff, exceptional, superior in the reception staff helping you with everything and excellent in the dining room, cleaning, and maintenance staff. My safe got locked and they solved it for me in 10 minutes. I asked for a towel for the gym and they provided it to me. As well as all kinds of information. The dining room staff is super helpful, attentive, and fast in their work, very attentive to serving you and clearing the tables. - Hotel one street away from the beachfront. Very comfortable. - Wonderful terrace with very good views and musical performances. - Very clean and very well-maintained facilities. - To improve: a little more variety at dinner + the mattress didn't work well for me but it may be because of my back problems + an employee who was one day in the dining room and another on the terrace, specifically on the night of Monday 7/6/2026 was kind but complaining about everything and with little capacity to manage moments of tension. However, the other terrace staff from the rest of the days were excellent. -

We just returned from our vacation and as always we are very happy with our stay at the Hotel Gijon, they always offer us kindness, they offer us wonderful service, and with the new elevator, wait times have improved a lot. In September we have booked a short vacation with them again. See you soon
