Los Naranjos

This is a good, modest hotel close to cafes and shopping. The rate was very competitive for one night (39 euros), including a wonderful breakfast served by an incredibly cheerful lady. Best of all was secure parking in their private garage (6 Euros). Clean room, comfortable, good bathroom, helpful, cheerful staff, recommended.

We liked it, and the stuff were all very kind and amiable. The location is good, very close to the bus stop (orange bus going to the beach), to the train and bus station and commercial area with Carrefour and other shops. The breakfast is simple but fine. You can take square or long piece of bread with cheese, jamon. Only one, this is not a buffet)) with tea, juice, coffee. Once we walked from the hotel to the beach - it's about 3 km under the burning sun and you will be just in the beginning of the beach that is not very good, so you should walk more 1-2 km (the whole beach is about 6 km). The bus costs 1,5 euro (1,6 euro in Saturday and Sunday) one way each person. I would not recommend this hotel If you are planning to visit beach every day - it's better to rent apartments in the beach zone, than spend time and money to cover the distance from hotel to the sea. The city center is tiny, nothing special to see. If you are going to travel to others towns by bus or train, or stay for one night, this hotel is good.
