Very bad welcome!!! Impossible to come through the entrance gate. The door man as well as the reception desk deputy manager did not let us come in to spend an afternoon tea as a future potential...

Staff are either untrained or ignorant. They seem, in the main bar to do everything to not serve you, and then when they do it was wrong. A real let down at an amazing hotel.
