As Express Torrent

It's a shame that some guests don't appreciate the results of giving poor reviews that are unfair. You cannot criticise the restaurant for not being open at 6pm! It's Spain! There is a very well stocked petrol station next door also serving hot pastries, drinks etc. And the position, perfect if you're travelling through, so of course you need a car! Not sure if a fridge should be expected. There is a restaurant, so no need to go out for food. It also has a shop, even stocks wine. The spacios rooms are simple but huge bed, lots of space and very nice bathrooms. Free WiFi. Spotless. At 62 euros and only e10 for our dog, great value. Plenty of parking, but they also have a secure gated area for free. Plenty of space at the back for dogs to exercise. There is a lorry park behind the hotel. Reception staff were very pleasant. Only thing i would add would be an extra blanket and coffee/tea facilities. Although you can get hot drinks on site all day and evening. My favourite thing was the 5 toiletries! Fabulous!

We planned to end our great holiday in southern Spain by stopping at this hotel for one night on our way back through Northern Spain and France . When we arrived on Thursday 20th of November we popped into the restaurant but were advised that it was not yet open ( 1800hrs) and so thought we might just have a plate of chips with our drinks . No that was not possible as we would need to order a full meal !!!! So we returned to our van and eat what was left in our fridge . To cap it all on awakening the following morning we had no water in our room so no shower , shave , not even water to flush the loo . On questioning the hotel staff I was advised that there was a major problem but would be sorted on 30 minutes …. It wasn’t . So we left never to return .

Very good Stage Pension, well located to spend the night before getting back on the road. The rooms are clean, large and pleasant. Only small downside of the rooms: the lack of a small fridge The restaurant is average and expensive as well as breakfast. But this remains a good Inn for an overnight stop
