Dingdong Palacete

Though we've booked and prepayed 5 overnight stays, my husband and I were accommodated in a rather small, uncomfortable and miserable room at Embajador, floor 3, that had not been renovated since many years. Warn out stuff, uncomfortable pillows, dirty towels and malfunctioning bathroom, so that one could not take a shower. No space for suitcases, no table and no chairs inside the room. After we have complained, we were given another poor and warn out room at Embajador on floor 3. The name "Cosy rooms" is misleading! Overall the ambience in this old building is rather depressive and these rooms are overrated and overpriced. Poor breakfast. Outdated photos/images on their site that mislead people. Dissatisfying experience in Valencia. Sunshine cannot compensate for the low quality services they provide.

Location is perfect, although a litlle noisy and dirty on the street. The check in service is not great. After a long travel time you want this to go smooth. The room is not hygienic. There is sever dirty mold in the bathroom which is disgusting when you are washing or brushing your teeth. Conclusion: overpriced even for this location

I don't understand all the bad comments. The location is unmatched, the bed large and comfortable, thermostat and bathroom equipped. Very good quality price. What I didn't like is that there was no parking option, yet they already advertise it. Around ten in the morning we were woken by the sound of hammer blows, followed by about 30 minutes, so the 4 stars.
