My parents spent one night in room 129 from 3/23 to 3/24. Room in general clean except for the most important is the bathroom, where the toilet was yellowish (fruit of a long time like this, cleaning it over the top or just no longer bother to change it) and in the sink that lost water. I work in a four star hotel in Mallorca at the reception for 30 years and it is not a receipt that these things happen, simply for hygiene and facing the hotel for the service offered to the client. They did not comment on it at reception (as I told them to) because they were only going to be there one day and it tasted bad; as Mom told me, seeing that they were only going to be there one night, they will have given them "that room because they are passing through and it will sneak", both convinced that it will not be the case in most. Too bad.

Very good hotel, the rooms were large with everything you need. Hotel is located app. 15 minutes from Valencia by car - which was not a problem for us as we were using rental one. The only frustrating thing is that on the TripAdvisor page, there is completely different address of the Hotel. We had to circle around the highways and finally gave up and used the romaing on my tablet to go to the webpage of the Hotel. That is a big minus as we have wasted an hour just looking for the hotel - so dont use the address from TripAdvisor, look it up on Google/Hotel web, so you will not get lost as we did.
