Excellent room excellent cleaning. Excellent ratio stay vs cost. Could be a little bit more friendly and helpful on the phone.

The Hotel Turia is centrally located next to the bus station and a shopping center. I had a large, clean room with well-functioning air conditioning. The team at the reception is very friendly and helpful. As part of my half-board, I ate at the hotel in the evening. The food selection was varied and prepared with fresh ingredients. As a member of the Turia Community, I gratefully received a welcome voucher for a cocktail. The service in the bar and restaurant is good - however, there was one employee who neither greeted me nor said goodbye. My ordered cappuccino was placed on the counter for me without a word. On the first evening of my stay, the aforementioned waitress spent her working time in the restaurant chewing gum and blowing bubbles - in the presence of guests. In a ****hotel - a NO GO!

Excellent location, big and clean room, good A/C.fantastic breakfast (including sparkling wine) and dinner. Reasonable prices for drinks
