AGH Canet

I have recently been at the AGH Hotel in Canet and, unfortunately, my experience has been very negative due to the treatment received in the cafeteria. I gave my humble opinion and the waitress was offended, she disrespected me and told me to go to the bar to do it myself... I find it regrettable that a simple opinion provokes a response of this type. I think that a hotel of this category should know how to manage such a situation with education, listening to the client and trying to solve the problem, not making such a simple situation end with a complaint, and, on the part of the management, it left much to be desired.

I have been staying at your hotel for years and this year has been the worst: They make me sign a document/threat of a €100 fine for smoking on the entire premises and there are people smoking on balconies, the cafeteria terrace, and the most curious thing is that the hotel has placed a container next to one of the pool entrances for cigarette butts and people smoke next to the pool. Elevator broken for 4 days. The room door card reader broke, leaving the door open all night and making an infernal noise, making it impossible to sleep all night. But since there is no 24-hour maintenance, my family suffered without sleep. Not even an apology. Many neighbors from the surrounding developments sneak into the pool. I don't think I'm going to return. A shame.

Disappointing and without taking responsibility, that is my summary of the stay at the hotel. I booked a room with a garden view for my parents and the experience at the hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the €230 paid for the room per night. Upon entering we found stained sheets, limescale stains, and damage in the room, including broken items and maintenance issues. I consider that such conditions are not acceptable in a hotel at this price, and even less so the response from management or reception to this problem. The only good thing was the girls in the cafeteria, they were charming. It is not worth paying for this hotel for what it costs.
