It is okay, everything is correct and well located for our needs, close to the theater. The person who assisted us at the front desk is very kind, I think she is a Bulgarian lady and she is very attentive. There is parking, which is a convenience.

Rude staff, do not speak English and are grumpy with foreigners

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Staying in room 610 on the top floor tucked away in a corner away from the street, was an added bonus. Everything worked superbly. From the in-house WiFi to the safe deposit box and TV to the breakfasts. I also enjoyed dinner a few evenings during my six night stay at a very moderate price. I would definitely stay here again.
