Hello, I actually did not stay at this hotel. I will tell you next. We had a wedding on 06/06/26, and my uncles booked the room for me in March; on 02/06/26, they informed my uncle that they were canceling the room because they had another more interesting reservation, when I was arriving on 04/06/26. They offered us another hotel but 10 km away from Valladolid, when the wedding was in Medina del Campo. Who among you would accept a change two days before the event, especially if you risk drinking a glass? In the confirmation email of the reservation, it stated that the reservation was confirmed and guaranteed. But it does not end there; my aunt, unhappy with the treatment received, requested the complaint form, and since we had another room reserved with check-in on 05/06/26 for other uncles, they called them again on Wednesday to say that that room was also canceled.

We have been with IMSERSO in May, and I cannot speak poorly of this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bathroom as well. The meals were good, and the breakfasts were more than sufficient for the price paid. There are always people who complain about everything, but to demand more, they should choose hotels and restaurants of higher categories and pay for them.
