PARADOR

Pleasant environment and good location. However, we could not have anything in the cafeteria at 10:15 PM last Wednesday because the manager said she could not attend to us because she had many tables to clear. We were also surprised by her lack of friendliness. I think these "details" must be taken care of, especially being a parador. Rest of the staff good.

Usual Parador quality. Rooms very comfortable. HUGE pool. Breakfast fine, and the dinner on the DBB rate is remarkable value, as we were allowed to choose anything from the a la carte menu. Car park is being redeveloped, so there was not really enough available, particularly as there were loads of locals who descended on the hotel bar to watch a Spain World Cup game.

A wonderful place to disconnect, due to its tranquility amidst pine forests. The spacious room with a jacuzzi and a balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable bed and pillows. Splendid breakfast like in other hotels. It's a pity about the construction work in the parking lot and that the heated pool as well as the spa were out of service. Well located, 20 minutes walking to Tordesillas or three minutes by car.
