We went to spend a few days in Bilbao and honestly the service was super friendly, the room was very well-kept and with parking right at the door. It is located 10 minutes by car from downtown Bilbao and it is super quiet. The staff was very friendly, we had a problem with the air conditioning and they fixed it for us quickly. Highly recommended

The big plus: The quiet location in the greenery high above the city with a view. Friendly staff, you can sit and picnic nicely in the garden. Free parking, with the funicular (also free parking there) it’s quick to get down to the center. Breakfast is good, but space is limited, hence with a pre-set 45-minute slot. Not so great: the rooms on the ground floor of the main building - they are very noisy. No A/C, only a fan - rooms in the annex and/or upper floors are certainly preferable. Conclusion: A good option for short stays and, for example, to conclude a rental car trip due to its proximity to the airport.

A spectacular hotel in every way: the room, the views, the location, and the tranquility just 10 minutes from the center of Bilbao. Above all, the attention from all the staff makes you feel at home, a place to disconnect and where I will return!!!
