I stayed at this guesthouse and overall had a good experience. The place was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and they don’t provide fans either, which can make the room uncomfortable during warm weather. If you don’t mind sharing a bathroom, it’s a great option. They also have rooms with private bathrooms if you prefer more privacy. The location is very convenient, especially for taking the train who is 3 mints away walking from the guesthouse which gets you to the city center in about 10 minutes. At first, the neighborhood might seem a bit intimidating if you’re not familiar with the area, but I found it to be very safe. One thing I didn’t like was the noise. The guesthouse is in a busy area, with trains passing by and a lot of activity starting early in the morning, so it can be difficult to sleep in specially sleeping with the windows open since there is no A/C either a fan. Finally, I think the receptionist could have been a bit friendlier and more welcoming. A more positive attitude goes a long way in making guests feel comfortable and improving the overall experience.

Very clean, quiet, and with elevator. Bathroom. Very clean. This 3-bed family room features a balcony. Close to train station and bus stop.

A Great Place To Stay A Good Size Of Room I Only Had Problems Opening Main Door I Just Waited For People From Outside To Arrive For Them To Open The Door , The Final Day I Manged To Open It Myself. Not Far From The Train Station & Easy To Walk Back To At Night From San Mames I Would Stay Here Again
