Staff is professional, helpful and welcoming. Outstanding location, just a short walk to the Guggenheim and Fine Arts, restaurants with little spots for breakfast around the corner. Sophisticated and calm interiors. My room overlooked the Guggenheim and had several windows with heat shades. Also, because was carpeted I didn’t need to go to the gym to work out. Highly recommended. Great value.

Stayed for three nights last week and can only endorse the many excellent reviews already posted. Friendly, welcoming staff, spotlessly clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast made for a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is very close to the Guggenheim Museum and our room category had a direct view of the museum. The room was nicely furnished, large enough, and clean. The attentive staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and balanced. We really enjoyed our 5 days here at the hotel and in the city.
