Melia Zaragoza

I loved the room & the hotel however when a hotel says it has air conditioning & the room temperature is set at 23C then this is a lie. We ended up asking for help & the response was them giving us a fan to help cool the room down but 23C setting when it’s 34C outside is unforgivable. The website pool pictures have chairs by the pool but there were none when we visited, another misrepresentation. The pool area is a restaurant with a pool with no furniture by it. Not inviting at all. Nice welcome & nice gift in room as I have Silver Melia status. Lovely hotel for a winter visit, close to all you want to see.

We visited this hotel for a family wedding, but there was a couple of issues, 1. The room was too hot and no AC 2. If you got down to breakfast at 07.30 to 08.0 it was lovely and hot but forget it after those times it would be cold and warmed up in the microwave. Still we did have a nice time and the shower was really nice and big

Good hotel located in the center of Zaragoza, close to all areas of interest. The hotel has ample breakfast space, which serves as a restaurant in the evening, as well as a terrace with restaurant, and swimming pool. If you want practical but also comfortable accommodation, it is an option to consider, especially if you like to sleep in a well-comfortable bed.
