Silken Zentro Zaragoza

My opinion is terrible; the employee refused to find a solution, and we had to look for another hotel in Zaragoza while visiting due to the death of my family member, having admitted that (with the nerves from my family member's death) I made a mistake with the date when making the reservation. They charged me the price of the room without giving me any option to change it and pay the necessary difference; it was terrible.

Very central, and the staff at both the reception and breakfast were very friendly; I would recommend it because we were very comfortable.

Despite the short stay, just one night, the hotel and breakfast service met our expectations.
