I spent a pleasant weekend in this hotel and I was truly satisfied with the experience. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always kind, helpful, and professional, capable of making you feel welcomed from the very first moment. The buffet breakfast was one of the strong points: a wide selection of products, all of excellent quality, with plenty of variety for both those who prefer sweet and those who love savory. The location of the hotel is another great advantage: central and very convenient for reaching the center on foot, ideal for visiting the city without having to use a car or public transport. A truly pleasant stay that I recommend without hesitation. If I return to the area, it will definitely be my first choice.

Very nice hotel, very well located right next to the basilica, with public parking at a preferential rate. Room quite large and very comfortable, with amenities provided from the start such as tissues and a courtesy tray. Very good sweet and savory breakfast. Possibility to use the machine for fresh-squeezed orange juice, which is a plus. We will return to this hotel if the opportunity arises.

Breakfast was very good. Room was oddly shaped but quiet. A/C worked well. Good location. Not a 4 star hotel. Staff should learn to smile. Experience Was ok but will try another hotel next time in Zaragoza.
