Our stay at the hotel has been a mixture of positive and less positive (negative). The best thing is the bed, I think it's 6 feet wide and 2 feet long, we sleep like never before, total rest. Reception are very friendly, good service and have helped us with many things. They also gave us a better room than reserved and that is to be appreciated. Covered parking included for guests. So far the positive points, now what should be improved: Daily cleaning but no day they put toilet paper, they didn't look at it and we had to order it. We had a problem with the shower and could not fix pq at the weekend there is no one maintenance (?). The room is fine but lacks maintenance, burnt spots, paint falling, shower dripping all over the bathroom floor.......... It is a 4* hotel & spa but access to the spa is not included in the nightly rate, the first time in my life that this has happened to me. The extra payment was €20,- per person.
With the other guests we have come to the conclusion that it is not a 4*, for the price they charge everything would have to be better.
