Jetwing Blue

A rare haven in arid and often chaotic Arugam Bay in June for non-surfers and surfers alike. Wonderfully warm and attentive staff, unforgettable cuisine, comfortable and clean chalets- all that we expected from a short stopover in a part of Sri Lanka off the beaten track for most tourists except for surf enthusiasts. An ideal base for experiencing the peaceful charm and wonder of nearby Kumana National Park, a worthy substitute for better-known Yala Block one for leopards and exotic birds.

We stayed for two nights at Jetwing Surf. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and courteous as Jetwing Staff usually are. Special mention of Indika who we had previously met at Jetwing Kaduruketha. The rooms were also excellent. Beautiful view.
