Lousy place. Owner is arrogant and not at all customer friendly. Tried to intimidate forcing us to pay unrealistically. Avoid like the plague. Sad when Sri Lanka is known for its friendliness and hospitality and this guys goes opposite

Not at suited for family. May be for boozing. Place is filthy. They show only a couple of well maintained room and all others are of very poor quality. ACs don't work and the bathrooms stink. If you are not satisfied and checkout, they lock the gates and demand for more money. Never ever site this place. Please report this place to Tourism Board of Sri Lanka

Never recommend for any one, we booked 7 rooms but there were no AC and water dripping in 4 rooms. Manager didn't even care about it. lack of food and some were finished but not re-filled. Never select this place for spend your holidays you will end up with stress. Owner is a big headed person. Kitchen is full of flies and poor hygiene. Most of the guests were unsatisfied with food, room condition and service.
