Wunderbar Beach Club Hotel

You step into a quite relaxed world when you enter Wunderbar Hotel. I cannot eat gluten products, and I was totally spoilt each day with fresh Sri Lankan meals. We would like to thank Susiripala and the chef for their superb service and hospitality! The food was exceptional thank you! The rooms are clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.

A lovely way to start our trip to Sri Lanka. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty, different fruit juices and fruits every day and a choice of how your egg was cooked. We loved the access to the beach and the excellent service provided by Sumutu who looked after us every day. The pool was good for swimming and it was easy to get a tuktuk to other places.

Hotel Wunderbar is in a beautiful location with direct access to the sea. Beautiful beach well maintained by a wonderful Sumudu, always smiling and ready to satisfy you for any request...The Restaurant offers well executed and tasty local cuisine. The rooms are very large with a huge balcony, comfortable bed, in the bathroom soap and shampoo. Towel change every day. Impeccable cleanliness. The fantastic staff makes you feel at home. The train passes through the property but does not cause any particular disturbance.
