Desk staff and staff at the restaurant especially ms Ramodya and Mr Nishanko have been very friendly during our stay at Cinnamon Citadel Kandy Hotel. The hotel facilities and view made our Holiday perfect.

The location of the hotel is beyond our expectation. The atmosphere was really amazing and even the customer service was excellent. We appreciate the service given by the entire staff and specially Mr. Duminda.

Nice Ambience in the lobby with live music and great bar to have fresh air while you listen to songs . Thanks to Hasini, Sriyantha, Prageth & Yathesh fot their hospitality and good service.
