They have a really good hospitality and also surrounding was perfect. Clean and nice rooms with a great view of Kandy city. Perfect place to chill and spend a vacation with your lovelies. Very reasonable prices

We came to the hotel on 29th and we stayd inhouse for 3 days the room we had was so good. The vive was very nice and the food that we took on the packets was delicious.and the grates thing that i saw in this hotel is tge guidance that they gives.I took a taxi driver and he was not able to talk a single ward of english but to success our trip the receptionist who was Miss sarah the one stayd with us from the beginning to the last day. she was guiding us every time over the telephone she translated to tge driver that everything we said. We stayd in colombo but we didn't get a service like this. Thank you very much kandyan arts residency. All who revives this i like to tell go to kandyan arts to have a good and happy holiday time.

The hotel staff is cooperative especially the staff of restaurant whose name is Mahinda is really good. He has good communication skills and he takes really good care of the customer. Really liked his service.
