Jetwing Vil Uyana

We had a wonderful stay at Jetwing Vil Uyana and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle. The setting is truly unique, with the hotel’s eco-friendly design blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Our accommodation was exceptional—spacious, private, and finished to a very high standard, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The food was another highlight. We enjoyed both lunches and dinners at the restaurant, where the quality of the cuisine and service were consistently excellent. The menu offered a great selection of Sri Lankan dishes, allowing us to experience some fantastic local flavours. One experience not to be missed is the Loris Night Trail. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the walk both educational and enjoyable. It was a real highlight of our stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of staff went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable experience. A special thank you goes to Ravi, our butler, whose warmth, attentiveness and exceptional service made our stay even more special. Jetwing Vil Uyana is a remarkable property that combines luxury, sustainability and genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and very much hope to return one day

Utterly beautiful hotel with breezy dining hall and open spaces based around a water lily filled lake, perfect for bird watching, seeing different monkeys, water monitors and butterflies. Extremely comfortable rooms, delicious foods and friendly staff.

We recently enjoyed an extraordinary stay at a hotel that exceeded every expectation. From arrival, the experience felt seamless and thoughtfully curated, as if every detail was considered for travelers. The lobby impressed with calm, understated luxury. We had a small issue with our room but Saduni went the extra mile to help resolve stress-free. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort, with an exceptionally plush bed and natural light from large windows. We had the romanci honeymoon treatment at the spa which was very good. Overall, a hassle-free, luxurious retreat I’d readily recommend. There is a reason why so well rated.
