my friend helped us booked this hotel and staying here for one night. distance wise is good for transit, but other than that better choose other hotels. even asking for water was very difficult considering the heat in Colombo. imo, staffs should be more attentive when welcoming guest. as this hotel has all non-smoking rooms, I went up to the open floor where also their kitchen located, oh dear, I had difficulty to eat breakfast remembering the condition of their kitchen. kitchen and toilet cleanness really in need of improvement.

We arrived late (midnight) from Perth. Decided to stay close to the airport rather than travel to our destination, Hikkaduwa. Owner greeted us on arrival. He was polite and friendly. Shows us to our room and got us some water. Breakfast is included and he made sure to ask what time we wanted it. Room was clean and comfortable. Air con and fan. They arranged transport for us to Hikkaduwa at a good price. Would recommend. (On a side note. Book direct)
