Catamaran Beach Hotel

As part of our tour of Sri Lanka, organized by Sakuni via Evaneos, we stayed in this very old and dilapidated Hotel. The pool was very dirty and therefore unusable, and not a single deckchair, so we went to the public beach with our towels As we were the only guests of the hotel, no buffet but a meal served at the table. Even if we could not choose, the food was rather good and the service friendly.

Worst experience ever !! !!!!!!!!!! Make Fawlty towers look like a 5 star operation! Must be the worst hotel in negombo .

What a horrible hotel, the staff are rude and haven't got a clue about customer service. The worst restaurant I have been to in the world, and believe me I have been to a few. Don't bother as no one speaks a word of English which is fine but I asked for a bottle of white wine and the waiter serving us didn't know what white wine was.
