We had a very bitter experience in this resort, though its overall good place for holiday.
Management staff are too busy to attend their personal agenda by compromising guest service.
At Restaurant, zero management presence, all of them are busy taking food from buffet and enjoying eating together.
At Restaurant, tables no cutlery, no water service and not even proper clearance at all.
Room service is unobtainable, we order basic 3 chicken S/W and Club but after two hours of waiting we received only 3 club s/w… simply no commitment to deliver right service.
We try to enjoy watching World Cup games live but too much disruption on TV, barely we can see a neat game till end.
The GM of this hotel is taking undue advantage of the kindness of owners trusting….as a result very poor management at floor.
Totally unacceptable, can keep writing but it’ll be wasted. Do not stay here if you would expt basic service.
We are group of 6 rooms for 3 nights stay.
