Ronneby Brunn

After having an hour ago with a child of 7 we arrived at the pool. It was hot and there was a line of about 12 people. It was indicated that the pool was full, okay. After half an hour of waiting and seeing about 30 people leave the pool, we went for redress. They were supposed to check again in an hour and a half to see if enough people were gone. We stayed in line for a while while we still saw whole families leaving the pool, but no one was allowed. With disappointment, we, like the others, eventually left the queue. Poorly organized, too bad!

Asked the restaurant manager if they could remove peanut butter from the breakfast buffet the night before (11/7-26) breakfast as we have severe peanut allergy in the family. Got to answer that there was no problem and they promised that it would not appear. When we come down for breakfast the next day there are two jars out. I.e. risk of contamination. We always check with the hotel on site even though we called the hotel before to inquire about allergies and they said there was no problem. Not a fun experience. The peanut butter was adjacent to the pancakes but also in a separate section which according to the sign was allergy friendly!! The hotel in general very dated and the food has more to desire.

Unfortunately, they do not care about their reviews because people go there anyway and you can see how the average is in review. The website cannot be booked and gives the wrong price. Called to book. After I booked, they called me a few hours later and raised the price. When you book at a price, you can not change the price all of a sudden. Have been there before and good place for kids but the quality is like that so will be Båstad and Riviera next round.
