Clarion Collection Norre Park

Great location close to restaurants and shops. Family friendly hotel,just opposite the playground in the park and simple dinner included at the hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Ask for a room overlooking the park! We had lovely park views and a nice,quiet room!

Stayed in a family room. Large rooms but no wardrobe or unloading area. Bathroom very neglected. Black mold, dripping faucet, blockage in the drain in the bathtub, no working ventilation. Silverfish on the floor. Good common areas at reception. Cramped at the buffet. Varied standard of food over the days. Unfortunately, extra cleaning in neglected hotel rooms does not help.

We stayed in the family room, which consisted of a two bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the standard was very low. The apartment was very worn out, with leaking taps, black mold in the bathrooms and a fixed interior that doesn't seem to have been renovated since the 80s. The hotel's website promised a double bed measuring 180 cm, but in reality there were two single beds instead. It did not correspond to the description and was disappointing when we traveled with our little daughter who sleeps in our bed. What still drew up the overall impression somewhat was the cozy courtyard and the really good coffee. Unfortunately, this was not enough to compensate for the shortcomings in the accommodation.
