Scandic Ostersund City

Last year we had our wedding day and had booked switen and schark tray with wine. When we got there we just had a regular room with infa accessories. Our whole wedding night was ruined. We went home and the next day I got a comboard with a new night in swit, 3 three-course dinner, spa and breakfast. I book it on our 1st anniversary, come there and we had to go up stairs without elevator, come into the room, it's not a seit but an apartment that they have tried to turn into a swit. Large kitchen with dishwasher which you intw need in a swit.. A large living room wtt bedroom without TV The host's smallest toilet. We think quite anart that this is no swit but a small apartment with for example letter slots on. Luxury feel was not outa a bit crowded feel and a B feel in the room. Once again we were disappointed in this hotel, come not tell our friendnee about this hotel. Super disappointed on our wedding night and våean wedding day. Damn, that's bad.

Very pleased with the stay. Nice staff and good spa. A little special that there is no hand disinfection available on Buffé.

Nice hotel with super location Nice receptionists who took us in. We were 2 people who shared in one room with 140 beds without there being any problem. Pleased with the room and it was clean and nice. Had room against the street so we had to cover ourselves with some noise in connection with traffic outside, but didn't think it was such a big problem. The only minus is that there is no air conditioning, but there was a floor fan that was used diligently. 3 dishes menu where the main dish was anand breast. Breakfast neat and simple. Also got tested out the cloud spa which was included in the price. It was very relaxing and overwhelmingly small people, so we did not have to share both hot tub, sauna and outdoor pool with anyone. There was also a bar where you could buy drinks and some snacks. Parking at the hotel was very nice! Easy to find. Coming back😊 Had a very nice stay.
