The hotel is located fantastic with views of Torneträsk and Lapporten. The view is magical and the hotel has large windows where you can look out over the countryside. At the lobby there are large armchairs and good sofas. There you can enjoy a fire, the view and play company. Reception is staffed 24h.

Very unpleasant experience at the hotel bar. We were abruptly told to leave because the hotel had been reserved for a private event, which we got no prior info about, and this was communicated in a rude and confrontational manner. The tone was hostile and dismissive, which was unnecessary and disrespectful. This being a bar marketed as being open to all guests every weekend… Regardless of the situation, hotel guests should be treated with basic courtesy. The way this was handled left a negative impression.
