ARCHIPIELAGO HOTEL

This is a great little hostel right in the old town, very convenient for night life, restaurants and sightseeing. Can be a little noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. Twin room although small was clean, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were provided although when booking the information said not. Would happily recommend.

I booked 2 nights in March of 2020 to attend to a concert in Stockholm. But it turned to be the first lock-down because of the Covid19, and the concert was suddenly cancelled, and the flights too. I contacted several times with the hostel to explain the situation, but they refused to reimbourse my money, even when I couldn't go because of a reason which was not a decision of mine. 2 years later the hostal still doesn't give my money back. So I will denounce this establishment, as I've been informed that I have the right to get it back, same as the airways had to do it because of judges decision. I won't stop till you refund my money.

Claim request due to the situation that is happening and we have been requesting the cancellation for a week and the answer has been this: "no refunds shall be made" They do not give any solution when we are informing that our flight has been canceled by Coronavirus! not going to this hostel is the worst !! In attentions and situations and solutions they do not give any, I work in this sector and for all our clients if they do it in advance we give a solution it is outrageous that they only look at the money in this situation! I complain to this hotel for not giving a solution
