Hotel Soder

Started out rough, arrived 7p no desk, this place is in the basement of apartment buildings. It’s tiny rooms around a central small dining. So when you walk out, other people sitting in common area. Smallest room every, CHECK SQUARE FOOTAGE. No towels in room. They sent me an e-mail in swedish day before…person on intercom clueless. Thank goodness had AI to decipher and got in. IN BASEMENT!! Dark tiny dungeon. Met front desk people next morning..not the nicest. Better places nearby, we loved the neighborhood! Only positive aspect.

The hotel was well located and close to work, convenient with code to the door when staff were not on site. What pulls down the grade is the indescribable smell of steak pork that came 05-06 in the morning. Had read the comment about it earlier and thought it was not so bad. But it wasn't fun to wake up feeling sick in the morning. It felt like I was next to the frying table..I was here on several occasions and it was not nice

Maid comes into the room and thought to clean when you half sleep in the morning, but will check out 1 1/2 hours later! Renovated in the hotel from early morning, if you had known it had been booked at another hotel. Dirty on bathroom and fridge. Breakfast is poor and there are flies flying around at the food. Rust on mirror and shelf in bathroom, and rust/dirt in refrigerator in the room. The location of the hotel was very good and the room was clean.
