Grand Saltsjobaden

We had a bachelorette party for our friend that was so successful. Despite the renovation, the staff was service minded. The spa area has become really nice outdoors and the staff at the spa get full marks as they were nice and made sure we had a fantastic stay. The person in charge arranged for us to have an area by the pools to ourselves where we could hang out all together a little to ourselves. Will be more visits to their spa in the future when they reopen.

Really rude woman running their spa. She goes around checking the guests if they paid admission. My husband and I took a morning swim in the sea. When we are lying in their Jacuzzi, a woman stands and stares close by and asks if we paid admission. Even though our bathrobes from Grand Hotel were hanging next door and the place was basically empty. Same thing the second time I was there - the same woman went around being rude and suspicious of paying guests. Both times we had booked a spa and taken a morning swim in the sea before. It started from the beginning with the receptionist who was unpleasant and not at all service minded at all. She didn't want to solve things. Unpleasant. Became a negative loaded start. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were very nice.
