Scandic Skogshojd

A nice 5 day city break in our first visit to Sweden. Excellent hotel in a good location, easy transport links, bus, train, plane. Nice room, shower and toilet, used the pool and free breakfast a must, great time was had.

Once upon a time, this hotel was super fresh. Now after the so-called renovation and best western plus that has taken over, the hotel is still just a bare bore. The only thing that was nice was the lobby. Strange smell when walking through the hotel, floors that need to be vacuumed. Worn and not at all nice. On top of everything else, we saw a mouse on our floor. Called down to reception to tell them that we saw a pest on the floor but he did not take it so seriously unfortunately. Will not stay here again.
