Hotell Angora

I stayed here for three nights an it was not a very pleasant stay. The room vas small and not very well cleaned. The bed lamp wasn't working and the only other possibility was the fluorescent ceiling...

I stayed in the room and smell all the time smoke. They told me it's not possible that somebody smoked in the room, or could be from outside. But also in late night and cold outside, seeing nobody...

I have been charged for nine nights on my credit card without staying there. Spoke to the reseption and they give me the run-around. I suspect criminal activity. I have tried to send several mail...
