Positive experience, valid property with a strategic location, a stone's throw from the Arlanda Express, subway, and station, as well as the ferries departing from City Hall. You can easily walk around the city from the hotel, which has the advantage of being in an area full of bars and shops. The breakfast is stratospheric, sweet and savory, and offers quality products capable of tickling every palate. The room was very functional, with a fantastic circular shower, equipped with everything needed, including hair conditioner and body lotion (which, by the way, were very fragrant). We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water provided every day. Finally, I would like to mention the warm welcome received upon arrival from the employee originally from Azerbaijan, as well as the kindness and attentiveness of the staff in the breakfast room located in the adjacent La Gare restaurant. The lady who cleaned the room was also always smiling, and I thank her.

Have stayed at the hotel once before with my friend, the room we stayed in then was not in the best condition. Cleanliness was very forgotten… I enjoyed the hotel's nice breakfast buffet that time and the location. Decided to book a room myself during the Midsummer weekend. Write to the hotel in advance and ask them to check the cleaning of the room before my stay. Get confirmation back that they will. Once I check in and enter the room, I am met by the vent on the ceiling in the bathroom is full of dust… Asking for a new room, which I'll get. But even there the cleaning is not acceptable, large and many dust balls left behind… Puts a small bag on the desk, even under it sat a dust ball…. Lets you know about this directly at reception, is told to notify the cleaning so it should be fixed immediately the next day. I stayed three nights, not at all that they did anything about the situation during my entire stay… The reception of the person who worked at the front desk when I checked out was the most unpleasant and neglected thing I’ve experienced…. The breakfast buffet, which the first time was incredibly good, had become slightly worse. Dry bread, tasteless watery scrambled eggs. But that’s what kept my spirits up this time…..

This hotel is a good choice for a city break to Stockholm as it is very centrally located and offers fair value for money. We would stay here again without hesitation. Location: 5/5 The property is just a few metres away from Stockholm's Centrastation and the bus terminal, where you have good connections to the airport and other regions of Sweden. It is only a few minutes walk to famous sights such as Gamla Stan and Sergels Torg. Despite being close to the train station, we felt safe in the area at any time in the evening. Amenities: 4/5 The hotel generally left a neat, modern and clean impression. In the small lobby you could help yourself to a pot of non-alcoholic Glögg for free during Christmas time. Regular check-out until 12:00 is a plus. Unfortunately, there is no fitness center in the hotel, but in our room there were at least two pairs of small dumbbells to work out. Rooms: 4/5 Our Superior Twin Room was 24 m2 and was large enough for two adults and one infant. Also the bathroom with simple walk-in shower. However, there is a lack of storage space for the clothes. The room was simple but stylishly decorated. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Water, coffee and tea were available free of charge. The view from the window unfortunately led directly to other hotel rooms, which is why we always had to draw the curtains. Gastronomy: 5/5 The breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay. It was rich and very good quality. From different types of bread and cold cuts to hot dishes and sweet pastries - everyone will find something here. For people with allergies or allergies. Intolerances there is a separate small buffet. Service: 5/5 The staff was generally friendly and endeavoured. Special praise goes to the room service. Our room was cleaned daily and the used towels changed. The coffee capsules were also always refilled.
