NEVER USE Dialog Hotel!!! Dialog Hotel is, in my experience, a company that charges customers for services they never receive. I booked a three-night stay at Dialog Hotel Kungens Kurva in Stockholm through Hotels.com for May 28–31. When we arrived late at night, we were given a room that had clearly not been prepared. The room smelled bad, there were visible traces of previous use in the bathroom, and it was obvious that the bed linen had not been changed. We immediately contacted the receptionist, but he was unable to help because there was no hotel staff available at the time. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the hotel. The next day, we booked a room at Best Western in Södertälje. When I returned home, I discovered that the Dialog Hotel had charged me for the three-night —which we were unable to use. I filed a complaint with Dialog Hotel and explained the situation in detail. Unfortunately, they don't even reply my emails My advice to everyone is simple: DO NOT USE Dialog Hotel. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to support customers when serious problems arise.

Extremely unhygienic, disgusting aroma, insecure, no feeling of security, totally misleading images. The only thing that was not completely disaster was the coffee, it was drinkable.

We had group bookings at Dialogue in Kungens Kurva. The hotel is simple and cheap, but quiet and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's not a luxury hotel, but considering the low price, the hotel is clearly affordable and more. Very close to shopping.
