Hotel Uppsala

Add I entered the room they were very dirty after several request the cleaned my rooms it was very embarrassing. Location vise this place is amazing. The food is not so great okay okay. Overall the and experience was not at all good.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in 2015 with my family to visit our daughter who stayed in Uppsala for 6 months. I requested a room with 3 beds long in advance and when we arrived, we only had 2 beds and they had to bring a third bed that we had to prepare and that was totally uncomfortable, not adequate for a customer. Service was not good. Room and corridor very old with poor furniture. The room was very cool. The only things that were positive was the location and the breakfast

Hotel Uppsala was one of the nicer hotels I visited while I was in Europe. The staff were amazing; extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and cozy, with a nice buffet breakfast. Very central. It seems to be located right in the middle of all the main tourist attractions. A 5 minute walk in any direction and you'll stumble across something awesome. Highly recommended!
