Comfort Hotel Royal

Very improper service at the hotel's restaurant. Treg and poor service. After receiving a table, nothing happens. Even with just a few tables coated, the service manages to forget to distribute the menu, clean the table etc. Incredibly long to wait for both the order and the food. The food is OK.

Paid almost 2000kr for one night for an adult and 2 children and expected a little more for the price! We had to make up the extra legend ourselves. The mattresses in the double bed slid so you had to push it back to avoid ending up on the floor . There is no minibar ie you do not have access to refrigerator. The bathroom has seen its brighter days and needs a refreshment. If you want to sleep well bring your own pillow because here were no comfortable hotel pillows but broken slept floppy. You had to fold it twice to even get support! The room smelled old and in the hallway it smelled like poop - sewage? Not very cozy! Breakfast was spartan and nothing special! Plus for the nice woman reception who worked in the evening! You get our plus points! Unfortunately far too expensive

Arrived quite late. Safe with fenced parking. Very friendly staff. Perfectly ok room. Nothing extra. The soap in the bathroom is very perfumed and leaves behind a strong scent on the hands. Not so good considering anyone sensitive to fragrances. Breakfast works but nothing more.. cereal in vending machines, salt/pepper in disposable packages and disposable egg cups. Why do you have disposable products in the first place? Not very environmentally conscious. Hotel as such works when you are here temporarily for work. But nothing I would choose for vacation.
